Wow! Did you make my day or wot?? Thank you, they look wonderful. Ya know, I was thinking that maybe my problem this show is that sumi-é is just not flashy enough to hold up to all those other bigger brighter more detailed gorgeous pieces. It's a subtle artform and does better when it's got its own space. It's just not art that everyone will take the time to appreciate. I've been lucky at Pearl...sumi-é has never been the most popular of artforms. But I love it and Lord knows I'm grateful you see the beauty of it too. Your entire blog is the prettiest one I've seen and that ain't no hay!
